Job Category Production & Skilled Trades Position Summary ***Relocation Assistance Porvided*** Management of personnel, inventory and assets control, equipment maintenance, warehousing and customer relations. Also responsible for customer satisfaction as it relates to retreading, including all departments in the plant or store. This position exists to manage the entire plant’s operations, increase profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Responsible for daily activities of the retreading facility, including oversight of team members and monitoring performance levels of each team member. Establishes goals and objectives with each Retread Technician on plant expectations. Ensure proper selection, development and placement of employees to maximize employee performance. Ensure employees participate in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies. Responsible for maintaining plant compliance on operations defined by the Operational Compliance Review process. Responsible for ensuring inventory level stay within company guidelines and waste or losses are kept a minimum Qualifications: Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance. Repetitive and sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, mechanical stress concentrations, vibrations. Previous Supervisor Experience (Preferred) Plant/Factory Management Experience (Preferred) Pre-employment drug test, physical exam and background check required.
